‘It was a bittersweet moment for SAHS at a recent gathering of the Trustees, Office Volunteers and our special guest, Pat Metters.

After15 years of dedicated service, including being a Trustee between 2019 and 2021, Pat took her last client telephone request on behalf of the Storrington Area Help Scheme in May – in recognition and to celebrate her service a tea party was held in her honour at Joanna’s Tea Room.

The Chair of Trustees, Tony Dell gave a short speech of thanks and presented Pat with a bouquet of flowers.

We wish Pat all the very best for the future and will miss her being part of the team.’
